Pawares (Note) Wongpethkao is Managing Director of Ruder Finn Era Thailand, where he leads strategic planning, integrated communications and regional client engagement. He advises multinational and local brands on brand storytelling, digital strategy, reputation management and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on measurable business impact, and works closely with regional and global teams to deliver integrated solutions across earned, owned and paid channels.

With more than a decade of experience across Southeast Asia, Pawares has worked across automotive, real estate, technology, entertainment, FMCG, healthcare and B2B sectors. Before joining Ruder Finn, he held senior leadership roles at Mazda, where he led customer experience management transformation and corporate communications, and at SC Asset Corporation as Deputy Head of Corporate Communications and Strategic Planning, overseeing branding, ESG initiatives, employer branding and cross functional alignment.

Pawares has advised leading global brands including Dell, Sony, Netflix, TikTok, LINE, Siemens, Nestle, Uber, Grab, Roche and Booking.com, as well as prominent Thai brands such as Sansiri. His work is grounded in helping organisations navigate complex business environments through integrated, insight led communications strategies.
